Sanskara Development Trust (Sanskara) founded by Tykee Malhotra in 2002 is a registered non-profit organization. Sanskara’s aim, based on the principles of values, beliefs and actions for nature is to protect India’s natural heritage by raising awareness at large and work amongst local communities in and around the periphery of existing and potentially viable Protected Areas.

Its long-term objective is to raise awareness of diminishing natural habitats and to work together with local communities, Governments, Village Councils, NGO’s and individuals to preserve critically endangered natural habitats in India.
